Some of the PDFs for the SDSs have restricted access for editing. We assign a number to each of our materials and add that number to the associated SDS. Most of the PDFs allow us to edit and add the number electronically to the header line but a few of the PDFs have blocked that ability. Some of the direct causes in the industrial tool do not line up with every setting. For example, labs. It would be beneficial to have more options that can coorelate with multiple settings. Velocity EHS is an all encompassing platform to assist in the company's compliance with OSHA regulations around chemical safety. The platform is easy to use and for those times where you hit a bump in the road the help center is extremely helpful with multiple resources. If you want to go a step further the platform also hosts live monthly training sessions. For any other help you may need, you have a dedicated CSM who are always very responsive, like Pooja Mathur. The chemical management software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I consider it the gold standard for SDS management. I appreciate the guides and resources so new users can get easily integrated without a lot of hands-on support needs from the adminstrator - saving time!

The only barrier we have faced is when trying to add a new module in a different field, the timing did not work in our favor, and the pricing structure drastically changed. The user interface is easy to understand, simple to interact with, and feels "natural". You don't find yourself fighting the software (like so many competitors), and you don't have to memorize codes or numbers to fill out incident reports. The team who helped us set up our site made the implementation go very smoothly. Our teams are filing out reports on a daily basis, and the Management of Change integration was smooth and successful! We currently use the Ergo module and MSDSOnline from Velocity. Both are easy to use, are used very frequently in our business (almost daily!), and we have had a great relationship with customer service (especially our CSM Gordie - he rocks!). Ease of use.

We currently use the Chemical Management system which is user friendly, easy to tailor to our needs, various training resources available, and excellent customer support from our CSM Pooja Mathur.
