I felt that the support we received from the vendor both pre & post-sales was very good. Our account manager was very patient throughout the entire engagement process and helped us align our needs with VComply's GRC platform.

The process of transferring over existing data was a breeze as they had some sort of built-in integrations with Excel and were able to import our entire controls program within minutes.

I really like the flexibility that VComply offers throughout the account configuration & setup process as well as once you are fully on-boarded with the tool. Most other solutions that I have looked at are really cumbersome, take a long time to setup and do not offer me the kind of flexibility I have been looking for.
