I love how self explaning the app is. At first I was skeptical, but once I got the hang of it and a better understanding I would not chose another app to help me with the website and booking appointments. I like the support system. The ability to customize which reminders are sent to clients, create a website, and have everything in one place—design, training platform, payment processing, calendar, and the option to add your own employees—makes it very convenient. What I would recommend improving:
Definitely, the website builder system, which every business customizes for itself. It’s very difficult to figure out. There are no examples, only basic templates that feel quite rigid. I’ve been trying to set a video as a background for two months and still can’t do it.
The interface is quite confusing for beginners—it took me three weeks to get used to it, and at times, I even cried out of frustration because I didn’t understand how things worked.
There is no option for multilingual support, which would be helpful.
If a client was already in the system under another business, I can’t edit their profile the way I need to—it always causes errors.
Right now, the mobile app won’t open on my phone, so I have to log in from my computer, which is inconvenient since I run a mobile business.
I would love to see more real-life examples, like a guided tour showing how businesses use the platform:
How they set up their website
How they organize clients within their business
How they send campaigns that attract additional customers
There’s a lack of a warm, community-like atmosphere within the platform.
But despite these drawbacks, I truly love Vagaro and want to see it improve, which is why I’m sharing this feedback.

I bought the hardware and spent weeks setting it up and filling it with inventory. Come to find that I can't charge customers tips based on total sale, only on services rendered. This makes the program unusable as a point of sale feature. My employees are used to making tips based off of total sale including services rendered AND inventory sold. This takes all motivation to upsell away from the employees. I had to go back to using SQUARE as point of sale becuase my staff threatened to quit over the issue. I do appreciate the upgrades and changes to make it more user friendly and give a more integrated experience. The tutorial videos are nicely done and easy to follow along. Reporting is hard to understand. I would love a simple "this is how much actual money (cash, credit) you have brought in during this time". All the other granular stuff is great for planning / marketing / improving packages...

Je voudrais avoir l'option d'envoyer des messages électroniques personnalisés et des messages texte au moment où ils réservent le service sur le logiciel. Par exemple, certains services ont des façons de se préparer pour le rendez-vous. D'autres services nous rencontrons à d'autres endroits ... ce sont des ateliers/cours en plein air par exemple. J'adore absolument Vagraro pour mon entreprise de coaching personnel. Cela a facilité la prise de paiements et la planification pour mes clients, même les nouveaux clients.
