I love how easy Tune has made it to performance marketing agencies to implement and keep track of our campaigns. The platform is intuitive, easy to use (not only by our agency but also by our clients). Of course, sometimes there are some glitches - but they are rare and to be fair: I've never lost track of a campaign because Tune was offline. The least helpful aspect is that Tune sometimes glitches. Nothing big. Nothing that will affect your business. But sometimes the platform just won't accept to install a pixel, or won't show you a specific report correctly. The silver lining is that it eventually comes back to normal. As I've said before: I have never lost track of a campaign because Tune was experiencing malfunction. Puisque j'utilise Tune TELLEMENT, je souhaite qu'il y ait un moyen plus facile de soumettre des commentaires sur les nouveaux lancements de produits ou des suggestions que je (un utilisateur qui l'utilise religieusement) pourrais avoir pour un filtre/vue/etc supplémentaire. A flexible way to provision offers and attribute traffic. The system allows us to sell our our offers to direct clients as well as take offers from aggregators and netwkorks all within one interface. We can also use it for "house" offers to connect clicks to members and then get implied performance (revenue, retention, etc.) through our internal metrics.

Difficult to connect conversions to clicks when using third parties. Reports do not save and schedule as I would expect so analysis takes longer than I would like. Connecting the performance data to our system is sometimes time-consuming because there is not consistency of ids across the platforms. Très bon support client et une vaste zone de documentation, y compris l'académie du produit. Beaucoup de fonctionnalités, différents suivis d'objectifs possibles, les rapports sont très flexibles, la structure tarifaire est correcte, beaucoup de personnalisations possibles, solutions de détection de fraude, identification des bonnes et mauvaises sources de trafic, attribution correcte du suivi. parfois un peu trop complexe. Le rapport ROI est manquant. De plus, le paiement avec limitation de clic peut être difficile. I've used HasOffers/TUNE for over 9 years and have seen the company grow significantly just as the product has. Although the product is not perfect and continuously being improved, I have seen significant improvements in the product over the years/ The customer support staff is fantastic and generally, speaking-everyone i've met at the company is bright, gregarious and intelligent from the CEO down. There are certain forms of marketing campaigns where the platform may not accommodate that one-off scenario. I'd also love it if they had deeper integrations /partnerships with data visualization companies (they used to have something with Tableau on MobileAppTracking before selling off that part of their business) and especially on the AP/AR side as it would make the product that much more powerful.
