Their team - we love partnering with them! Starting during the sales process, we immediately felt an ease and connection with everyone we met. They go out of their way to ensure we have a good experience and are extremly accomodating. We have regular check-ins, always with the action items followed up on in a timely manner. Less so my personal dislike, but I've heard from participants that they wish they could "interview" or have short conversations with their coach matches before selecting one, as sometimes it's difficult to get a good idea of a person on paper.
