Predictive Index is the best! It is so easy to use and has been essential for building our team starting with Design to figure out what kind of team we were to using it to identify who/where we needed to hire. Kat and the PI team were so helpful in getting our team set up on how to use PI. Once we got rolling, it was so easy to use. Hire has been our biggest flex of the year in our hiring process. It not only makes the hiring process a breeze and helps identify the most qualified candidates, it also provides amazing questions to use during the interview process. Additionally, Inspire has helped our team learn how to communicate with one another better and grow both individually and as a team. Le logiciel et la plateforme se sont beaucoup améliorés au fil des ans, des graphiques, des téléchargements et des capacités intégrées. Je n'ai pas vraiment de plaintes majeures, sauf pour les fonctions Teams dans l'outil d'optimisation des talents et son suivi et rapport. Je voulais également un accès à la plateforme Learn pour tous et cela a récemment été ajouté merci ! Peut-être permettre des tailles d'équipe plus grandes jusqu'à 50 ? Aussi, faire de la plus récente évaluation Pi le défaut et non la plus ancienne, certains ne connaissent pas la boîte déroulante et finissent par envoyer une autre évaluation. As an internal team consultant, I appreciate the PI website - it's easy to send links to assessment takers, organize teams using folders, and run/send/download reports as needed. Very user friendly and pretty intuitive. My users really appreciate - actually, are amazed by - how much the assessment "gets them" based on only a few questions. Also the reports are quite user friendly which helps individuals increase their self-awareness and make the insights actionable for themselves and with those they work with. It is a little clunky to run/send/download reports for a group of participants. Some of the reports are too similarly named, causing confusion for users ("Management Development Report" and "Management Strategy Guide" for example..."Placard" isn't a useful title either). We highly value how PI categorizes the survey into four key areas, providing a clear and comprehensive analysis of candidates' strengths and weaknesses in relation to job requirements. This tool allows us to efficiently and effectively streamline our hiring process by narrowing down our applicant pool with precision. Additionally, PI is incredibly user-friendly and seamlessly integrates into our recruitment workflow, as we utilize it for all applicants. I love how easy to use the platform is with so many resources available to make full use of the Predictive Index. The support team is incredibly helpful as well. The tool itself is so insightful and can be used in multiple ways - from training/coaching, hiring right for the role & your team, and understanding an individual's strengths and where they can further improve and also building balanced teams and workplaces. Not a downside but there is a lot of training involved in learning how to read a PI which can make it harder for others in the organizations to have a deep level of knowledge on PI as it's usually held with the experts who have had training. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Beyond the better hiring, the PI platform helps us with better communication throughout the organization. The more you leverage the PI Platofrm and PI Learn, the more authentic the communication is between peers, managers, owners, and clients. The primary reason we use the PI for evaluating candidates is the accuracy of the results. It informs us about details of their character, likes/dislikes, as they relate to the job. We use it for EVERY candidate that we are considering. It's a nicely built site that is easy for me to create a new candidate profile and when needed, a job. I really enjoyed using The Predictive Index. It was quick and easy to complete, and it gave me an accurate picture of how I see myself at work. The results were spot on and provided great insights into how others perceive me. Plus, it offered helpful tips on how I can improve my interactions with colleagues. I especially liked that it showed me how to work best with my team by highlighting areas where our results complemented each other and where they didn't. Knowing the best way to work with my teammates based on their results was super beneficial. I often refer back to it, and I appreciate that I can always schedule an appointment with my PI representative if I need further clarification on anything. The PI is has a high correlation with the candidate experience. I have used it successfully in making hiring decisions, but also as a developmental tool for teams, or team members who may need focused time regarding their level of corporate engagement. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
