I had been calling the ADP support regarding adjustments on T4 slip. Three customer support people from India did not do anything. Our sales agent from PA is missing in action after he got the sales. He said that he will be available for us if I have issue but that A FALSE PROMISE too. As sales agent..YOU KNOW who you are Mr. W.T. , you should continue to look after your client's need even AFTER the client signed your sales contract agreement. Just BEWARE if ADP-teampay. Team Pay has been an alright solution for us to manage payroll, taxes, direct deposits, employee profiles, etc. Team Pay does provide a one stop solution to view and manage everything related to employee pay. ADP and Team Pay changed their user interface relatively recently. Since the changes, completing simple tasks has been much more difficult. The amount of time it takes to manage employee requests and questions has drastically increased. Employees have been struggling to view their personal information. Our HR department has also had issues navigating the new interface. Like I mentioned above, customer service has been available to help with issues we have run into, but they have not always been able to help.
