Poor integration with Salesforce which is wild because it's owned by salesforce (doesn't seem it ever fully integrated after purchasing ExactTarget - former MarketingCloud). Analytics are unreliable, when you reply to an email that comes from MarketinCloud it replies back to a random address so the email looks like spam, autoreplies don't always get forwarded to the email you set as the reply, they have no support (at least for a mid-sized firm) we've had to hire outside consultants and spend thousands of dollars help with set up, projects, etc. because they only function in ticket support (no chat, CSM, or phone support), every time we talk to them they want to upsell us.
