Il y a quelques choses que j'aime à propos de Sharefile :

- Il est très facile à utiliser, gérer les fichiers et créer des dossiers selon les besoins.

- Il y a une fonctionnalité où vous pouvez gérer les accès pour un groupe de personnes, où des personnes spécifiques peuvent avoir accès à des dossiers spécifiques.

- Il est conforme PCI, donc vous pouvez y enregistrer différents fichiers.

- Les fichiers peuvent être triés en fonction du temps, du nom, de la taille ou du créateur.

La seule chose que je dirais que Sharefile doit améliorer est la fonctionnalité de téléchargement/ouverture de très gros fichiers. Si un fichier contient beaucoup d'informations, cela peut prendre un certain temps pour le télécharger ou l'ouvrir. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Citrix Content Collaboration has many uses including a web-based interface, mobile clients, and desktop apps. It is very handy because it gets integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Gmail very easily. Ease of use once the IT department installed it and connected it to my computer. It's a simple login process and I am able to gain access to everything I need including shared documents, folders, projects, etc. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The only issue that I have with it, is every once and a while, my cursor and the GUI gets funky when I am running multiple monitors. I dislike almost everything about it. I especially dislike them if you contract with their enterprise team. You have to call them to add a user every time unless you buy extras. Then they start sending you emails that say you haven't paid your bill even if your credit card is on file. You have to call support to resolve it. They send you a very painful payment process that you finally get through, and the next month they send the payment reminder again. So for every user you add, you start getting these emails every month about payment. What in the world? Also the helpdesk is in India which is fine except it's very very hard to understand their English. Very poorly done overall. I am cancelling and will use Sharepoint gong forward. Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait quelque chose que je n'aime pas à propos de travailler avec Citrix / Sharefile. C'est très fiable et semble toujours fonctionner quand nous en avons besoin. Pour l'instant, j'attends depuis 2 semaines et même après des appels téléphoniques pour le résoudre, je continue de recevoir les mêmes conseils inutiles d'un centre d'appels en Inde pour attendre un rappel de l'équipe technique.
