Licensing is not based on managed computers, the number of PDQ consoles, where PDQ software is installed, shared credentials, or whether or not you only gain access through the command line (CLI). The number of licenses you need is based solely on the number of living, breathing admins actually using the software. If you have three admins, you will need three licenses (sorry, no sharing). We offer subscription-based licensing, so one license is good for a full year.
