I've had OnTheClock crash on me numerous times when trying to clock-in or clock-out whether it be at the office, at a job site, or even in the comfort of my own home. When there is this much down time during peak hours, and having seen it happen under various different network connections, it is clear that the service doesn't use an appropriate amount of servers or bandwidth to handle everyone using it at once. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend not only because it fails regularly, but also because I'd fear what more users would do to the already unstable connection. The UI needs work from an employee standpoint. In other words, I want Apple not Samsung UI. Also the app should be able to collect average punch in time data and send out punch in reminders. A couple times I have forgotten to punch in and think it is too easy for the app to remind me based on my punch in data. This is 100% a great app/website. It allows for PTO/Holiday etc time to be out in. It can figure OT as well. And at the end of your pay week it can send it straight to several payroll softwares. We use it with QuickBooks and it is wonderful! Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
