Omnify is helping my organization build a managable, customized memebership management program. I like that its user friendly and adaptable to our unique needs. For our particular needs we are having to adjust Omnify to fit a student orchestra organization, so changing the terminlogy has been useful, but it isn't consistent throughout the program. I love the instant chat feature, where you can quickly get in touch with a real human to rectify my problem. Nowadays, it's a must as we need to get everything fixed quickly.
