It seems that the project managers do everything and very little is automated on the system. When a job is received, it has to be marked by the PM as "delivered," but then they have to mark it as "OK to pay" before the translator is allowed to generate an invoice. Allows for easy management of current and upcoming projects with software that operates entirely on its own. Acceptance to submission of an assignment after completing it is entirely done through the program. Being able to view the actual documents you are editing can be a bit of a hassle. The default view only provides you with the text that is on the document, which generally isn't sufficient enough for tasks such as translation and quality control. The program still seems to be in its early stages as it hasn't seen a lot of use during my time collaborating with the company it is affiliated with. Some of the tools available such as change tracking and spell checking aren't up to par with their predecessors on older pieces of software such as Microsoft Word.
