At first I liked the auto-tagging features we were able to use. It allowed us to assign custom IDs to the URLs for better tracking in Omniture and Salesforce. The bid/budget management system was not bad but Kenshoo's KPO product is better. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

They messed up the Google URL builder migration and broke all our URLs. When we asked them to fix this, they refused and our PPC account was off-line for more then 3 days. Marin has fallen short in analytics, reporting, and adapting in the fast growing market space. Kenshoo, wordstream, quanticmind, adwords, etc have climbed by continually testing new bidding methods and ways to grow.
