My favorite part of using MangoMint is the ability to allow clients to look at appointments before creating an account. It is really lovely to be able to access tutorials and basic questions without being the account holder as well. The recent update for promo codes is incredibly helpful. I truly love using this software. Since working here, I have used four different software as well as some of my own practice and this is by far the best. Le logiciel lui-même est phénoménal et bien conçu. Il ne bogue pas, il fonctionne sans problème, tout a du sens.

Avoir des flux et du marketing intégrés avec toutes les personnalisations sera un véritable sauveur pour moi surtout. J'aime aussi l'interface côté client car beaucoup peuvent être maladroits et pas faciles pour les clients. Mangomint has a clear and simple to follow design. This takes the stress out of scheduling, billing, and customer service. In just the past year they've made it simple to add products to be available for purchase in my clinic. Now they've even made it possible to connect to your payroll. The only downside to Mangomint in my opinion is the difference in layout from my mobile device to a computer. I do however understand that they need to condense in different ways for the screen size difference. I love the ease of use and customer support with Mangomint. The software has so many useful features such as email campaigns, memberships, gift cards, text message flows. I do wish it worked better with social media for direct links but that is the only flaw. I tested several programs before Mangomint and found it to be the best. I like that it is user friendly for admin and also the clients. One thing I like the most working on my own is the automated follow up reminders you can set up vs manually doing it yourself via text. I appreciate the fact its very user friendly and features can be turned on and off with ease. It very sleek, clear, easy to book and process clients. I would love to be able to customize different appointments of selected services in different color. For example for extensions appointments that i need to get ready in advance and orde and cut hair it would help if was different color clearly indicating it Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
