I can see exactly how many dials it takes to get an appointment along with tracking "hot" days where I set more appointments than others. The only thing I dislike about Gryphon is that the "#" key is used to terminate the phone call and it is often times also used for certain commands like accessing a dial by name directory. I do not like the "Contact" portion. Being on the phone for 30 seconds shouldn't equate a contact because often times in my business you're on hold or still talking to a gatekeeper, not an actual decision maker. C'EST ÉNORME PARCE QU'AVEC L'IDENTIFICATION DE L'APPELANT, LES CLIENTS PEUVENT NE PAS RÉPONDRE À LEUR TÉLÉPHONE.
