I love that I can set up multiple "searches" that will result in matching my highly specific needs with the right people. In addition, when something is off with one of the matches, the ability to train the AI to continue refining my searches over time is wonderful. There are a few quirks that I am sure will be worked out over time, one is that when you get a matching profile, without a last name, like "Sheryl B." the profile results require a manual edit and does not deliver the email address right away - One has to take the period out, then the email adddress is visible. It would be awesome to have more granular reporting as well, and the ability to have even more profiles front loaded at the start of my search (I can do this to some extent).
