Would like more descriptive examples on security. Better how-to's on everything from scripting queries for SQL views to building change Request activity forms. Would like the ability back to make changes in the Reliance engine. Hide the administration center view from anyone other than admins. Add the ability to add columns to administration center views. Would be nice to have issues fixed in 2020 as alot will probably not move to NXG very fast. I think the best part about ETQ is the ability to create a lot of different soultions depending on business needs and adjust them in many ways, not only through scripting, but also integraitons with other platforms.

The ability to customize. The out of the box systme is great but we needed multiple customizations. ETQ was able to assist us getting these configured and then after implementation we are able to easily change as needed.
