We use i-Sight to manage all types of safety incidents that happen at all of our clinic sites. It is flexible, comprehensive, intuitive and easy to manage. I like the ability to add all types of files and keep up with notes as the case is investigated. Our account reps have always been fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Great company. The i-Sight platform is very easy to use and helps us stay organized with case files. Customer service is also fantastic. The implementation team was fantastic and truly skilled at listening to my company's needs/wants in a case tracking tool. All the various consequences of choices were clearly articulated and every timeline for testing and implementation were on schedule. There wasn't any opportunity to test or use the Yellowfin reporting tool before implementation. That notwithstanding, the support in this regard following implementation has been super and is now being used to advantage especially in response to Leadership inquiries. Without going into great detail here, there are some little annoyances in functionality--having a two-step process to make updates rather than a single step for instance. I have to add I'm not aware of any application I use that doesn't have such quirks! I believe this is a tool that will sustain the team's work for the long-term.
It would be great if certain tasks could be scripted. My team needs to update a certain Action on a quarterly basis for accurate regulatory reporting purposes--this involves over two hundred cases--as it stands this is a manual operation that commands more labor than is desirable. We had a very good experience with i-Sight since 2010, and we are finally moving to the latest version of the software in March 2022.
Our account manager, Sameen Sohayel is great to deal with and has been very accommodating throughout the process, providing relevant, complete and clear information that ultimately enabled our procurement service to determine that i-Sight was the best possible solution for our needs.

Some of our users have shown little participation in our internal planning phase and seem to have had some resistance to using the system.

I-Sight is extremely configurable to meet the needs of our complex organization. It is very easy to use and there was good customer service during implementation and beyong. I appreciate that we can easily submit questions and tickets to make tweaks as we continue to use it and discover additional options we need that we didn't think of at the time of implementation. It is also nice that we have a representative who proactively schedules routine check ins with us to make sure we are satisfied with the system. I like that I can put all of my clients project materials all in one place, know that they are then safe and backed up, and I can assign it over to one of my team members. I wish it was more compatible across devices. I have difficulty with trying to use it unless I'm on my laptop. It takes a little while to learn the database and navigate everything also, but that's to be expected. Once you become familiar with how to work everything, it becomes a lot easier to navigate. i-Sight allows us to manage all our case types utilizing just one reporting environment. While working on a recent software upgrade, we have found it reasonably easy to configure. As issues arise, the i-Sight team has been able to find quick solutions to any problem. We love that the team is always open to ideas and always willing to find just the right solution.
