I esepcially enjoy the measure and benchmark features of the product. Within measure, I have recently started looking more at AI content insights, label performance (appreciate the exclude feature) and love using Unmetric to keep an eye on competitors
I also like the ease of editing labels within measure.

Our organisation has reviewed a number of social media management tools over the past 5 or so years, and Brandwatch/Falcon's offer remains a clear leader in this space. With many highly useful features such as detailed labelling and feed creation, internal user profile maintenance, and the ability to control organic and paid moderation workflow for large, complex organisational structures we found that this was the obvious choice for us.
