1. Customer support - whenever we have an issue it is usually addressed quickly. However, we've had a recurring issue a few months now that was reported and investigated, however it remains unresolved. Also, we've asked for a specific task to be completed and the response we received is challenging us on the reason(s) we want the task completed at that specific time. To clarify - the 'task' is done during the same time each year and customer support assists us with that each year.

while working on this tool it is logic is easy to implementent. Customer support is very helpfull ticket raising system quit good.
