La dame, Alley peut-être était son nom, était tellement impolie avec moi que j'ai dû raccrocher. Ils m'ont dit que j'avais besoin d'une préautorisation de mon médecin pour acheter des vitamines avec ma carte !! J'ai eu d'autres cartes FSA avec d'autres entreprises et elles n'étaient rien comme cette entreprise horrible ! Ce qui est embêtant, c'est que je me suis déjà inscrit pour cela et je ne peux pas m'en sortir pendant un an. Si vous cherchez une entreprise à utiliser pour vos employés, ne les utilisez pas, vos employés seront très insatisfaits ! L'application est terrible, le service client est terrible et cette entreprise est NULLE. Je suis tellement déçu que mon entreprise ait choisi de les utiliser et d'autres collègues ont dit la même chose, nous informons tous les RH de notre insatisfaction dans l'espoir de ne pas les utiliser à nouveau l'année prochaine !
