Some of the services that Bazaarvoice offers are unique to them and they monopolize syndication of certain retailers. So in a way, you can't get around working with them. I've had my fair share of communication struggles over the years but with feedback things have improved a little bit. I really like the organization of next steps via basecamp, that helps keep things flowing and both teams accountable. Their support via basecamp is very good and employees respond quickly. We've had challenges with account managers being a little all over the place. We've cycled through quite a bit of different people, which can be very frustrating. Often times, new account managers aren't introduced until you're looking for someone to respond and emailing all known emails, only to be told oh so and so is your new account manager.
