I like that I am able to get/give information to patients without having to call them, especially when it is a question that takes me longer to ask then to get the answer. I also like that I am able to help one person on the phone and another person via Well. It has been beneficial for patients to be able to text us pictures as well. I also like that it send patients the time and location of their appointment, so that the information does not get lost in translation or written down incorrectly.
