The UI is very easy to navigate. Journey building is very intuitive and doesn't require an advanced technical user to do. Building emails and landing pages are simple and do not require a coder/designer to create. Custom actions make it easy to integrate AJO with a wide variety of other platforms/datasets. It's ease of integration is remarkable building on top of other Adobe modules. The UI is intuitive, allowing marketers to manage journeys without diving into technical details. Having the ability to create personalized journeys is very useful Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
As mentioned, integration is easy only if you are already utilizing Adobe package. Outside of that, there's complexity to integrate other data sources to AJO.

The platform isn't just reactive like some others in the space. It's also anticipatory and delivers tailored messaging, through the right medium (text, email, etc) with exceptional timing. This is particularly helpful if you're juggling various touchpoints along the customer journeys for a broad audience.
