The best thing about Aladtec is the support. Every support person I have spopken with is fantastic. It is clear they are not located in the USA, but they speak very clear and I have no issues communication with them. They know the system and how to do what I am trying do, extremely helpful! Desearía que fuera más fácil de usar al ingresar un horario recurrente. También me gustaría que los administradores de nivel superior tuvieran más acceso. Por ejemplo, hemos tenido un par de casos en los que un formulario fue eliminado accidentalmente y la única forma de recuperarlo fue contactar a Aladtec. Ellos lo recuperaron para nosotros, lo cual es fantástico. Solo creo que los administradores de nivel superior deberían poder hacer lo mismo para su organización. Al cambiar a TCP Aladtec, pude deshacerme de las múltiples hojas de Excel y de los discos compartidos de Google. Fue fácil capacitar al personal en el nuevo sistema y les encanta. Aladtec is user friendly. Its easy to implement new functions of use within the Agency. Our entire staff uses Aladtec everyday.

I like that it is a employee self-service portal, for the following:

- employees can submit requests for time off

- employees can generate their own shift trades

- employees can get reminders of upcoming shifts

- employees can maintain their licenses, certifications and expiration dates

- forms can be made available for employees to do checks or submit tickets

I also like that there is a multitude of reports that can easily be generated, whether its related to time keeping, scheduling, Aladtec login records, or any other reports generated for forms that are company specific.

When I hit a snaffu on a functionality issue, Customer Support helps me work it out in record time.
