Has almost every tool you could ever think of, as well as a complete asset management system. Social listening, advertising, analytics, command center, and community management, Sprinklr has it all. Constant, and I do mean constant bugs that can take awhile to work out. Users within my company get frequent emails about platform slowness or a listening or advertising feature is not available. This can get frustrating when your organization does almost everything exclusively through Sprinklr.

Because it can do pretty much anything, it is often confusing to figure out how to do the particular thing you're trying to do. You have to wade through countless options and menus to find the one you want, and many things are not intuitive at all (such as searching for and following other Twitter handles).
