The platform is easy to navigate, easy to set up, and filled with useful information. Not only is the social listening the best of the best, but the customer support portion of the platform is top tier. We use it everyday between social media management, customer service, and social listening. The customer support is fantastic. We have dedicated members from Sprinklr who meet with us bi-weekly to address any issues or even to teach use new features the platform has to offer. If we do have an issue, it is resolved quickly. The only issue I have is when as a smaller company, using the out-of-box solution does not allow us to drill down geographically (this is only in the enterprise package).
