I was trying to verify my own cell number on the Sonetel system and was having a problem receiving Sonetel's verification SMS. I shot an email to their customer support and didn't think too much about it. I was surprised when one of their staff took the time to call me to personally verify my number so I didn't have to do the SMS verification.

I dislike that the number cannot receive mms text messages. Also, customer service can only be reached by email at the moment due to covid. But you can schedule a call back also.
