ResellerRatings has built up a good reputation. Many people say that ResellerRatings is the "go-to" when it comes to online stores and vendors that we may not have heard of before. Essentially, reviews and ratings can be very beneficial to businesses and ResellerRatings is providing a way for vendors and service providers to have those ratings and customer reviews. Not the fault of ResellerRatings, but if a person has had a bad experience with a company, product, or service then that person might take the time to write a bad review and give a company a bad rating. It means, a vendor or business could be doing really well and have a great product, but if customers have been prompted to write good reviews, that business or vendor may be penalized because of one bad review. Aunque es fácil personalizar el perfil y marcar reseñas, no es lo más intuitivo aprender a usar. No ha habido seguimiento por parte del gerente de cuenta (¿no estoy seguro si tengo uno?) ni contacto proactivo.
