While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. It has a big range of features suited to our needs for building proposals, contracts and anything else that needs parties to review and sign (eg NDAs). The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.

Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. PandaDoc is extremely helpful in the field of Human Resources. When sending an offer letter, I can easily upload our template and input specific details in real time. From there, I can send the offer letter directly to our candidate for review and signature. Additionally. you can create an order for sginatures- this allows me to request a signature from the hiring manager first prior to the candiate viewing. I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with. My company uses it as the platform to send out our customer agreements, and being able to quickly use my templates to send quotes to customers makes my customer service above average. Having the ability to utilize sales rooms and having quotes that our Prospects have the ability to look through in one place has been the biggest thing for us. No more multiple attachments and lost email threads as they can bookmark the link and access anytime that they need to.
