While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. PandaDoc is extremely helpful in the field of Human Resources. When sending an offer letter, I can easily upload our template and input specific details in real time. From there, I can send the offer letter directly to our candidate for review and signature. Additionally. you can create an order for sginatures- this allows me to request a signature from the hiring manager first prior to the candiate viewing.
