As we evaluated potential payroll systems, the ability for the ProPayroll system to be tailored to our needs and use while remaining a very robust and functional system was a huge plus for us. It has been very reliable and the staff team has done a great job in helping us set up the system, train our staff and employees, and respond to our questions and needs as they arise. Some of the terminology within the system and drop down choices are not always clear as to their purpose or intent. It would be helpful to have manual of terminology and some form of operations manual as a reference. While each business is unique in their situation, I know there are some best practices or lessons learned that could be shared amongst the users that would benefit each of us in how we utilize the ProPayroll system.
