Digital River's best offering for my business is enabling global sales. We are a growing software company and Digital River enables us to sell to hundreds of countries. They take care of the currency conversion, payment methods, tax and compliance in all of those countries for our checkout which we would not be able to replicate in house and maintain our profit margin. Hosted checkout and working with the account teams to have developers overseas make changes. The account team is responsive and tries but way too much gets lost in translation.
