I hate that the billing type is associated with which address they are currently using. The information tab should hold all the ACH, email, phone numbers etc. none of that should depend on where the person is currently having their mail delivered. When using any new system, training is needed to know all of the ins and outs of what is provided to you but once I found my way around it was very simple.
