The audit trail in FFA is great compared to Quickbooks and the fact that FFA is built on top of the salesforce platform so we can integrate systems and use quantitative data in our qualitative reports has been a game changer. Permissions. I do not like that financial force doesn't allow for our budget owners to access specific reports without being able to build reports to see other segments of the business. Also not a fan of the fact that I can't discard journal entries in bulk that have not been posted yet. A veces tengo que pagar una factura vencida que tiene una fecha de factura antigua.
Durante el proceso de generación de APV, si ingreso una fecha de factura antigua, el sistema no coincidiría. Y ocurrió un error debido a un período de pago pasado.
Ejemplo: Período de pago actual, noviembre, e ingreso septiembre como fecha de factura, el APV no coincidiría. Tuve que ingresar una fecha del mes actual como fecha de factura para que coincidiera la factura y generar el PIN. Después de que se creó el PIN, tuve que volver al APV para cambiar la fecha de la factura a la fecha original de la factura. También tuve que cambiar la fecha de la factura del PIN.
