Draft orders do not support custom shipping amounts. If I want to add a shipping charge then I have to add it as an “item” and then edit the order once it has processed to remove the item and add shipping. The tax exempt feature also doesn’t always work. I might set a customer account to be tax exempt and then when the customer orders they are charged tax. I also would like to be able to assign an account number to the customers so that we can keep track of their orders under one folder in our records.
