The online module is very user-friendly. Customer service provided is with real agents. The initial implementation was seamless; adjustments to packages have been easy to make as well. We use this service on a weekly basis and I don't experience outages. I'm unsure if AccuSourceHR can integrate with our HRIS system- ADP. I look forward to exploring this option. The number of days it takes to get a response and updated pricing documents. There were a couple of instances where the person I was working with was out of the office, and I didn't receive an out-of-office email to let me know. When I checked in again, I was informed that they had been out of the office for the past few days. Taking time off is needed and recommended, my advice is to inform clients that are pending an update via an automatic reply. It helps us plan and respect their time away.
