I don't feel heard by the staff at Victig. We had a very thoroughly outlined plan for our background checks based on the information we were given through the intorduction and sales process. When it came to reality, though, we didn't have a lot of what we really needed -- without spending more money. The process is very easy and strightforward, puts the work on applicants instead of manually entering information yourself. The turnaround time is generally pretty quick especially for motor vehicle reports. It's also great that they provide updates on delays.
