We have 75 recurring clients it would be nice to get more of those clients leaving reviews. Some just don't. They may not have google accounts or internet like our seniors.

I issue an invoice to my customer. If they pay using ThryvPay, the payment received is less than the invoice amount and doesn't "match" to an open invoice in Quickbooks. How do I make this work so that my books are accurate and my transactions automatically sync?

I've tried deleting a user on Swell, but their name remains. I've tried to delete them numerous times. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
