We have 75 recurring clients it would be nice to get more of those clients leaving reviews. Some just don't. They may not have google accounts or internet like our seniors.

I issue an invoice to my customer. If they pay using ThryvPay, the payment received is less than the invoice amount and doesn't "match" to an open invoice in Quickbooks. How do I make this work so that my books are accurate and my transactions automatically sync?

When using the beta experience you can't close the chats without deleting them and in the original experience you can close them without deleting.

I see other Swell user have ways to create different campaign to target different customer groups. What are the strategies to do this?

I've tried deleting a user on Swell, but their name remains. I've tried to delete them numerous times. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

We were told our reviews would show up automatically in Google once we reach 100 but we're well past that now and it they still don't show up. Thank you
