What I find a bit limiting with UpGuard is that some features lack deeper customization options. It would be great to have more flexibility to tailor specific settings to our organization’s unique needs. Also, while the risk scoring is super helpful, I sometimes wish there was a bit more transparency on how exactly those scores are calculated—it would make explaining certain risks internally a bit easier. But overall, these are small issues in what’s otherwise a fantastic tool that keeps improving with regular updates, and the support team is always quick to help!
