Sudozi is great to create custom request types so I can alter our workflow depending on the type of procurement being done. Sudozi is not a procure to pay tool (yet) or a sourcing tool. We don't need either one, but if you're looking for a complete Source to Pay tool, the product is probably not what you need (yet). The UI is very simple to follow and allows for customization to suit our processes. I also like the integration with email and Slack which helps us stay on top of out To-Do items. 1. Light software with important & critical functions. Do not have crazy amounts of intergrations & unncessary features that force you to adapt to. (Which is uncommon in this type of softwares!!!)
2. Strong flexibility in creating spend requests and navigating the approval flow. No backend coding or complicated customer support is needed for any of these. You can do everything on the web by yourself.
3. Focusing on the core needs for compliance & procurement team.
4. Good UI & UX experience.
