I think the site is excellent. It is very user friendly and easy to use. We have used it for the past three years and had great success in our fundraising. Any problems that we had were solved quickly by the FAQ section or technical support. The site works very well and the fees are reasonable. I highly recommend Silent Auction Pro. Silent Auction Pro has been a great tool for our school fundraising. We're really not tech types so it's ease of use, and especially the detailed help menu with videos was outstanding. I also must commend their customer service - email and phone - for absolutely being there for us. Silent Auction Pro's platform is a must for any small to medium non-profit that is holding a fundraiser. They software is easy to use, allows us to track donations, registrations, etc. and made our entire process simple. Their support team was amazing and helped us with all of our questions, even during late night planning sessions - someone is always available to assist.
