I would like to have a more than 7 days between when the chargeback occurs and the last day to file for a payback on a guaranteed order. With notification delays or issues from our current payment gateway, I have occasionally been shut out from filing a claim for the guarantee or am filing on the last day possible. Lack of a manual Blacklist- the fraudies sometimes circle back with a different account. It would be great to flag an address (billing or shipping), an email, IP address, phone number, ETC.
