Sift ist eine unverzichtbare Software, die wir von Anfang an bis heute zur Verhinderung, Erkennung und Minderung von betrügerischen Transaktionen und Konten verwenden. Sift verfügt über mehrere Funktionen, die uns helfen, Konten zu identifizieren, die über dieselben Attribute verknüpft sind, wie z.B. Karteninformationen, IP-Adressen, Abrechnungs- und Versandinformationen. Dadurch hilft es uns, diese Konten zu finden und sofort strenge Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, indem wir entweder eine Überwachung einrichten oder ein Konto sperren, das wir mit Sift identifiziert haben.

Sift ist auch ein Werkzeug für uns, um zu bestimmen, welches Risiko das Konto eines Kunden darstellt. Das Risiko hängt von der „Sift Score“ ab, die eine unserer Hauptvoraussetzungen bei der Entscheidungsfindung ist, ob eine bestimmte Transaktion genehmigt oder abgelehnt wird. Ein Teil davon war die Bestimmung, ob der Kunde ein niedriges, mittleres oder hohes Risiko darstellt, und es würde uns helfen zu bestimmen, welche Prozesse oder Protokolle zu befolgen sind.

This is obviously the only program any merchant needs to cover all aspects of possible fraud. The self learning has been more than reliable for many years, and has helped us base major fraud decisions moreso than any other platform. Sift keeps in close contact with us to see if any adjustments need to be made regularly, and really goes above and beyond in researching our companies' needs. I struggle with looking at long term impact. Being able to review only 90 days back is difficult at seeing long term trends.

I wish Sift provided more information like device ID and was able to pull more consise data when reviewing information. There is a lot of data, but it's not all useful and not easily extracted.
