Sales pro was a new idea to me, and though I was used to a system that integrated our PM and Sales systems into one, I have found some benefits to Sales Pro. So long as you are able to keep up with the input of information it is a very good and detailed system. The traces will alert you to upcoming deadlines that can be easily forgotten in the overwhelming sales world. I also enjoy that it outputs BEO's for you so you do not have to create them manually.
