There has been a long running issue related to Num Lock key pad issue which Rocket team couldn't fix for more than three years. The only long running unsolved problems with Legasuite is with keyboard mappings. The support team keeps asking for tip files and trace logs but never came with resolution. There has been a lot of back and forth between the rocket support team and our team to resolve Num Lock keypad issue. We believed the Num Key pad issue that caused the wrong mapping of keys is caused due to installation of Microsoft Office 365.
