Rasayel's UI is amazing. So easy to use.

Supports all native WhatsApp stuff like voice notes, reactions, replies. These things are important to our customers.

The bot builder was easy to set up. Once I got the hang of it, I spent about an hour building a new flow for my team, and that was enough.

We're also testing the automated follow ups right now (it's called sequences I think), and that's helped us manage our pipeline so much better.

There are some properties in my CRM that I wish I could have two-way sync for. It's not a dealbreaker, and I was told they're releasing a new version next month that does exactly this. I also believe the AI customer support might need further development in the long run.
