There are so many ways to really dig in to the data, to confirm why I'm getting a particular result. I can confidently show where the consumer insight (and corresponding sentiment) is coming from, and that it's an accurate assessment of that consumer post. That's the other part that's amazing - the sentiment analysis accuracy. We place a high value on being able to read through the stream in its entirety and the ease of navigating this could be improved. Providing page numbers and/or an option for any level user to tag or categorize posts would be beneficial. Ich wünschte, es gäbe mehr organisatorische Tagging-/Gruppierungsfunktionen für Themen. Zum Beispiel, wenn ein Unternehmen 6 verschiedene Abteilungen hat, die das Tool nutzen... es wäre großartig, abgeschottete Sandkästen zu haben, um die Dinge organisiert zu halten und die Wahrscheinlichkeit zu verringern, dass nicht verwandte Teams in bestimmte Themen eindringen, für die sie nicht bestimmt sind.
