QL2 has technical scaling challenges and a challenge with circumfenting the latest blocking technologies. As a customer, it looks like the product iterations and improvements have been slow to absent. The UI has been due to be renewed for over 2 years. In terms of monitoring the output data (quality) and alerting the customer there are barely any features in place, this means as a customer you're always chasing the latest bug. For users to trust the product they need to see more metrices, more monitoring and quick repairs. It is economically expensive and tiring for a customer to be doing data checks all the time. It lacks an efficient way to then follow up on these issues, because as customer you are always chasing the support desk. With the lack of an interface here, you end up going through lists of e-mail history & communication, which makes it hard to track issues & their progress.
